Introduction

I am tasked with writing something to woo you into trusting me. We know this is impossible. Instead, I will just speak my truth and hope that you could hear me. Why am I doing this work? I believe this work chooses you. I'm just answering the call because I must. I myself have gone through my own fire. I am acquainted with the twist of character life creates. I’m familiar with the wounds these twists produce in the soul. I have committed their sound and feel to memory. I know the lies that burrow themselves into one’s inner-most self and the weight they possess. Congruently, know and hear this, Freedom also has a sound and a feel. I have faith in you. You are designed to win. I believe in the intention of your parts and your design. I draw from a multitude of modalities and frameworks to provide guidance towards becoming aware of the barriers to your healing. I am also a Level 1 Certitfied IFS Therapist, which means that I know you can heal, you can love, you just need to be heard. We are sacred. The world isn't in the business of orientating us towards that truth. I create spaces that allow those I serve the freedom to explore absent of judgement and criticism. A place where, once we find the lies that your pain caused and process, you will be given the freedom to be, see, and feel. A space where you could begin to align yourself with Self and be Home, finally!
