The simplest way to explain my philosophy is active change. You most likely come to me with a disturbance that is impacting some area of functioning. We address that in the present: right here, right now. We become a team focused on stabilizing what has become unstable and uncover the patterns and behaviors that no longer serve your needs. If you keep doing what you’ve always done you will always get what you’ve always gotten. Take a step out of that repetition and you open the door to new ways of thinking and feeling. If you’re able to look at one aspect of yourself and your world from a different perspective then you are on the way to a better self.
