I love to help people achieve their mental health and overall wellness goals using a collaborative and compassionate approach to empower clients to overcome the barriers to the life they want. I have experience addressing anxiety, depression, trauma, social/relational issues, codependency, family dynamics, mood disorders, addictive behaviors, men’s issues, grief, and major life adjustments. I use a strengths-based, client-centered, trauma-informed approach that draws on the experiences, abilities, supports, background, and resources of each individual. With a background in pastoral ministry and a Master of Divinity degree, I love integrating the faith or spirituality of my clients if that is a priority for them. With my wife of 20 years and 3 kids, I have experienced many of the ups and downs that go with family life. I bring my breadth of life experience, education, and professional experience with me into each session.
