I work with a wide range of clients, many of whom share similar challenges—work and organizational stress, health concerns, grief and loss; or are experiencing other difficulties, such as PTSD and other traumas (including compassion fatigue), depression, or anxiety. My approach is person-centered, focusing on you, the client, and the moment-to-moment engagement, discovering insights together. I can help you discover insights into barriers, and the constructive solutions to overcoming those barriers. Each person has the right to live a life free of negative thoughts and experiences—a life of healthy well-being.started, any treatment or client specializations, and how your services can provide a meaningful impact to clients. I guide clients with constructive coping tools to increase emotional health and to reduce symptoms, using Motivational Interviewing, Brief Solution-Focused Therapy, and other evidence-based interventions, including EMDR. Each person’s life circumstances are unique; each person’s view of the world, and the ability to manage and understand it, is unique. The first, and most difficult step in healing is seeking help; each step after is progressively easier, as we take one step at a time. In your individualistic journey, I can help guide you in reorganizing your life to reassess and reprioritize what is most important, to regain balance. I can help navigate the path towards healing and rediscovery.
