Introduction

Looking for a queer/gay therapist? Struggling with feeling confident in your own skin? Have you experienced trauma and aren’t sure how to move forward? We live in a world that doesn't see us and we can feel isolated, afraid, and unsafe. I help LGBTQ+ individuals and couples/relationships thrive in the face of discrimination, non-affirming families, and trauma. Providing affirming therapy to our community is my passion. Our queer identities, relationships, and experiences deserve space. We'll compassionately explore your story, identities, and ways of surviving and coping to figure out what's working and what you want to change. I work in a relational and trauma-informed way to meet you where you’re at, co-create space for healing, and journey with you toward your goals. I will tell you what I am thinking and be open and honest. We'll balance exploration of your story with skill building to help you feel capable of coping with stress and trauma responses as you heal and grow. Therapy is a real relationship between real people. Together we can invite all your parts to heal and grow: body, heart, mind, and spirit. You can (re)author your own story. Having experiences as both therapist and client, I know how important it is to feel safe, seen, and supported. Being human is messy. You don’t have to do this alone.
