In a world that can feel isolating and overwhelming, you might be struggling with connection, stuck in old patterns, or feeling like something is missing. You don’t have to figure it out alone. Hi, I’m Jed (he/him). I specialize in Existential Therapy and Internal Family Systems (IFS), helping people explore their inner world, relationships, and sense of purpose. My approach is holistic, meaning we’ll look at the connection between your mind, body, and emotions to support your growth. Together, we’ll explore themes like personal agency, connection, and meaning—and how they show up in your life. Along the way, I may also integrate Mindfulness, Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), as I tailor my approach to your strengths and needs. Therapy is a space to gain clarity, build resilience, and create meaningful change. Rather than reduce you to a set of symptoms or diagnoses, this approach invites us to expand your story outward. How do you uniquely experience suffering, joy, anger, love, or meaning? Emotions aren’t problems to be solved—they’re signals pointing toward what truly matters to you. Existential therapy honors your full humanity and helps you connect more deeply with your values, choices, and interconnectedness. Internal Family Systems (IFS) I completed Level 1 training in Internal Family Systems (IFS) in 2023. IFS understands the psyche as a system of parts—some that hold pain or vulnerability from the past, and others that may try to protect you through strategies like perfectionism, people-pleasing, control, or even self-sabotage. We all have these parts. By building a relationship between these parts and your grounded, compassionate, centered self, we can help them parts release their burdens and find new, healthier versions of their roles. IFS is a powerful path toward self-acceptance, healing, and inner harmony—and I’m here to guide you through that journey. Psychedelic Integration I bring both professional training and personal experience to this area. In 2024, I completed a Psychedelic-Assisted Therapy Training through the Integrative Psychiatry Institute. I also draw from an ongoing personal and spiritual practice that includes work with plant medicines and invites wisdom from Western and indigenous traditions. Whether you're exploring psychedelics in legal clinical settings, shamanic ceremonies, or personal exploration, I offer a grounded, non-judgmental space for preparation and integration. Together, we can make meaning of your experiences and support lasting transformation in your life more broadly.
