(He/Him) I am an attentive, empathetic listener with innate curiosity about the infinite range of lived human experience. Trained in existential therapy, I seek to invite people into deeper relationships with themselves, with others in their lives, and with their environments. I approach therapy holistically, working to align mind, body, and spirit, and exploring themes such as personal agency, interconnectedness, and meaning/purpose. What role do these themes play in your life? Depending on client needs and goals, I also draw on techniques from Internal Family Systems (IFS), Mindfulness, Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other traditions. I hold an MA in Psychology from Seattle University, and am licensed as an LMHCA in Washington State. I work with adults and adolescents with a wide array of strengths, values, and challenges.
