If you are experiencing the heavy weight of work, school, family, or life expectations; looking to process childhood trauma, struggling to regulate your emotions; experiencing isolation and loneliness, or are having difficulty making decisions and trusting yourself, and you want to do some self-exploration, build confidence and self-trust and make changes in your life, then you may be in the right place. I believe that you are the expert in your life. My role is not to tell you what is best for you but to listen to you, understand you, and provide a genuine and empathetic space that helps foster your intuition and self-trust. This way, you feel empowered to make grounded decisions in your life and build self-acceptance and confidence. Additionally, I enjoy respectfully using humor in counseling because I believe it serves as a powerful tool for making connections, easing tension, and promoting resilience. I would be honored to collaborate and help support your goals, wants, and needs.
