I have devoted the past 10 years of my career to clinical practice and research within the mental health field. My career continues to be anchored by the core belief that healing is a collaborative endeavor that requires honest caring sans judgment. I have expertise in multi-methodologies and use both a pragmatic and integrative approach to therapy to encourage clients to pensively and compassionately search their hearts to identify and confront the pervasive barriers that inhibit their progression.
