Introduction

Depression, anxiety, trauma and substance use can leave you feeling lost and alone. I am a dually licensed MLADC, LCMHC with over ten years of experience starting out working in the addictions field. I am empathetic and insightful in helping patients navigate life's challenges. My approach combines motivational interviewing, dialectic behavioral therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, and also use narrative therapy approaches in our work. In addition I am EMDR trained, helping patients heal from trauma. I work from a person-centered, solution-focused framework. I provide patients of all ages outpatient Telehealth therapy which is a convenient way to engage in therapy from the comfort and security of your own home.
