Introduction

I am a Licensed Psychologist with a decade of training and experience who is passionate about mental health. I provide individual therapy for adults with a wide variety of concerns, particularly specializing in anxiety disorders, LGBTQ+ concerns, relationship issues, and low self-esteem, among others. My therapy style is strengths-based, collaborative, and flexible, integrating multiple approaches to therapy (including mindfulness and acceptance, humanistic, and relational therapies). Additionally, I aim to use a feminist and multicultural lens in all of the work that I do. I am excited to get to know you as an individual and figure out what approach to therapy will best fit your unique needs.
