My counseling style is gentle, compassionate, engaging and non-judgmental. My passion and therapeutic style is DBT. (Dialectical Behavior Therapy). DBT is based on learning and utilizing skills on how to live in the moment, develop healthy ways to cope with stress, regulate, and improve relationships with others.
