Welcome! Everyone can use a safe place to talk. Life can be tough. Whether you are overwhelmed with work; spousal relationships; significant other relationships; sense of self; friendships; and even parent/child relationships I can help. My counseling style is gentle, compassionate, engaging and non-judgmental. My passion and therapeutic style is DBT. (Dialectical Behavior Therapy). DBT is based on learning and utilizing skills on how to live in the moment, develop healthy ways to cope with stress, regulate, and improve relationships with others.
