Introduction

Anyone who is navigating the challenges of life transitions can frequently encounter feelings of anxiety, fear or depression. Through collaboration and partnership in therapy, I help my clients tap into their innate strengths while enhancing coping skills to gain perspective and improve functioning. Ours will be a journey of self-discovery as we dive deeply into your origin story and history to better understand how you navigate the world through your unique lens. I have an integrative approach to the work and, in addition to a foundation rooted in Attachment Theory, I use a combination of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Mindfulness Practices to address active symptoms. I work experientially and intuitively, creating a therapeutic dynamic rooted in trust, reciprocity, warmth and humor.
