Introduction

My approach to therapy is compassion-focused, warm, direct, and research-based. Adverse and traumatic events in life can leave us feeling unseen, unheard, and misunderstood. I believe healing begins when we become present with the pain and honor its existence. Having navigated many complex pitfalls in my own life I have learned to believe in healing. My therapeutic style seeks to create safety as I walk with you on your healing journey valuing choice in the therapeutic relationship. While we may not choose our adversities or their complexities, they can be a driving force in our growth and healing.
