Introduction

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with the State of Texas who is passionate about helping others. I believe counseling is a personal and meaningful experience. Together we can find healthy ways to manage distress with achievable goals specific for you. I am here to listen without judgement and provide a safe space to process through difficult times. I enjoy working with individuals to empower them with ways to create positive changes and find balance in their personal, work, and social lives. As a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), I have worked with children and adults in a non-profit organization with individuals who have survived abuse or experienced a traumatic event in their lives. Trauma of all sorts can show up in different ways and at different times in our lives. My specialized training and experience working with trauma, abuse, and grief has given me an opportunity to work with clients who face a variety of issues. Additionally, I have helped children and adults who struggled with depression, anxiety, posttraumatic stress disorder, eating disorders, behavior issues, and anger management. If you are interested learning more about my services, you can schedule a free consultation. I look forward to hearing from you.
