Introduction

I'm Jeanette, a licensed mental health counselor (LMHC), dedicated to providing compassionate support through life's most challenging moments. I specialize in helping individuals navigate grief and loss, manage ADHD, childhood trauma, anxiety, depression, teen challenges, LGBTQIA+ affirmation and transitions through significant life stages. My approach is collaborative and client centered, creating a safe space where we can work together to develop practical strategies for healing and growth. I believe in meeting clients exactly where they are in their journey, offering both empathy and evidence-based techniques tailored to your unique needs. Some of the strategies I utilize include CBT, DBT, narrative therapy, solution focused, and trauma informed therapy. Sessions in my practice are often brightened by Spock, my trained miniature labradoodle, who can bring an extra dimension of comfort and connection to our work together. Many clients find that Spock's gentle presence helps ease anxiety and creates a more relaxed therapeutic environment. If you're feeling overwhelmed by grief, struggling to manage your mental health, or facing a challenging life transition, I invite you to reach out for a consultation to see how we might work together on your path to wellbeing.
