I am experienced in working with individuals who are struggling with anxiety, depression, situational stressors, grief, and school- or work-related issues. My therapy approach is eclectic, consisting of Solution Focused Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Strengths-Based Perspective. I have been a licensed clinical social worker for the last 18 years. I have worked in fast paced emergency rooms, on inpatient psychiatric units, and most recently in public education.
