Introduction

*Book a free 15-minute consultation: https://somatma.com/consultation* My goal in therapy is to follow your needs and help you rediscover your wellbeing on your timeline while offering support and practical insight into your process for your recovery. Therapy does not have to take forever. Sometimes, even a few session can bring welcoming results. Otherwise, a more in-depth journey is beneficial. You are the expert as you guide the process toward your own wellbeing. I am hear to support you throughout this process. Using Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART)—a bilateral stimulation and voluntary imagery rescripting intervention—and Internal Family Systems (IFS), I can address even the most resistant concerns (e.g., PTSD, ADHD, OCD, Dyslexia, grief, emotional disturbances, etc.). Using a client-centered approach means that you will guide the counseling process. My role is to be a companion joining you on your journey, directed by you, for you. Whatever the concerns, I am here to serve you in any way I can. I may laugh with you or cry with you as we reflect together on your improving wellbeing. I work with clients who are struggling with anxiety, depression, and trauma (complex PTSD). During our initial sessions, we will delve deeply into the issues at hand, and collaborate to create a plan for addressing them in a way that helps you get your life back. Most of my clients see a gradual lifting of symptoms within the first month and sustained improvement thereafter. I am in-network with most insurers and can provide an invoice for out-of-network clients. The process of finding out your co-pay is easy and does not lock you into any commitments. Once the payment method is established and you are ready to begin therapy, we can both focus on what is important. You! *Book a free 15-minute consultation: https://somatma.com/consultation*
