Introduction

As a Clinical Mental Health Counselor with a background in community mental health, I have experience with an exceptionally diverse population of clientele. I believe that we all have the answers within, and I enjoy helping my clients to navigate their journey. Self-exploration can be scary and uncharted territory. Coming into therapy is a bold and courageous move that lets me know that you are ready for positive changes in your life, and relationships. I encourage my clients to engage in self-care/self-compassion, mindfulness, and embrace vulnerability.
