Introduction

As a Clinical Mental Health Counselor, with a background in community mental health, I have seen an exceptionally diverse population of clientele. My therapeutic approach is client-centered and pulls from multiple theories. I find that every person is so unique and each session and treatment plan must be catered accordingly. I believe that we all have the answers within, and I enjoy helping my clients to navigate that path. Self-exploration can be scary and uncharted territory. Coming into therapy is a bold and courageous move that lets me know you are ready for positive changes in your life and in your relationships.
