Introduction

Jayne L. P. Moore is a Licensed Independent Social Worker with Supervision Designation (LISW-S). She has experience serving individuals at every age and stage of their lifespan, finding a passion in assisting women in honoring their life experiences and expertise. She particularly enjoys supporting parents and families navigating multiracial identities. Ms. Moore creates a warm, collaborative space to explore your concerns while utilizing person-centered, strength-based, and trauma responsive modalities with an anti-oppression informed practice. Ms. Moore earned her Bachelor’s Degree (BS) from Eastern Michigan University and her Master of Science in Social Work (MSSW) from The Ohio State University. Prior to joining CWW, Ms. Moore served as Clinical Manager of Palliative Care at OhioHealth.
