Introduction

I'm passionate about helping all of my clients feel better about themselves and their current life situations. Therapy can be really beneficial to help find out who you are and learn coping skills on how to deal with daily life. Sometimes it just helps to have someone you can talk with and feel supported by. I know it can be difficult to seek out therapy, so I'm here to help! I have over 7 years of experience as a Psychotherapist. My clinical background includes a diverse range of concerns including- depression, anxiety, self-esteem/confidence, relationships, marital/family problems, life transitions, child behavioral issues, substance abuse and trauma. I specialize working with Children, Teens, Adults, Couples and Families. I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused, and Integrative Therapy to treat my clients' mental health needs. It takes courage to reach out for help toward gaining a more fulfilling and happier life! I will be here to support and guide you through the process of your exploration.
