Hi I'm Jaylynne, and I'm dedicated to supporting adults navigating personal and relational challenges. Using a trauma-informed, client-centered, and strengths-based approach, I help clients develop the skills they need to heal and thrive. I'm passionate about creating a safe space where you can be seen, heard, and empowered to do "life's work." My practice is dedicated to supporting Black women and men facing life transitions, anxiety, relational difficulties, and trauma. I offer a compassionate and healing environment, integrating authentic engagement with holistic interventions. I believe in the power of individualized care and collaborate with clients to customize their therapeutic journey. Choosing therapy takes courage, and I understand it's a vulnerable step. To ensure we're a good fit, I offer a brief 15-minute consultation. This allows us to discuss your needs and how I can support your healing and growth. Your comfort and confidence in this decision are my priority.
