Introduction

Hello and welcome all. Allow me to be one of the first to congratulate you on this positive step forward. This process can be intimidating for some and exciting for others. However you may feel I am here to meet you there and help you where you are. Life is full of things that can leave us all feeling a bit unsettled or rattled. The beautiful thing about life is that we do not have to experience these instances alone. I am here to be a resource for you. A resource who looks to help guide you into the version of yourself that you always wanted to be. I am currently a counselor in training to become a licensed professional counselor. I am excited to use my knowledge from various evidence based techniques. I believe that there are many different approaches that we can take to help you grow. Every person is different and the approach they need may vary. Therefore whichever one best suits you that is the path we will take.
