Welcome. Thank you for taking the time to inquire about my Couples and/or Individual therapy services. I'd welcome the opportunity to briefly visit with you to better understand and appreciate your present cares & concerns, and see how I might best join you in seeking your desired outcomes by utilizing a personal counselor for support & enccouragement. On the call, we will handle some administrative matters upfront to be sure we can work together, with insurance coverage, or any preference for maybe private pay. We will also get a chance to know one another a little better, and give you an experience of what counseling might be like with me. Then you can make a more informed decision that way. We will also set some priorities for what you want to begin working on together. Please know, that at present, I currently see all my clients online. I have found that these servicees can be just as effective, and offers some location freedom for my clients. I hope that is acceptable to you. Generally, I prefer to meet people within a week of that first phone call, and weekly thereafter, at least for the next month or two, consistently, so that we can use the goodwill and energy that got you here, to continue making progress on your goals, by our time together, and by you taking and applying those concepts & skills we explore, to the challenges you now face.
