Sage Counseling and Consulting Group, PLLC is committed to mental wellness through psychotherapy, psychoeducation, and community mental health advocacy. My name is Jay Hayes and I am a Licensed Clinician Mental Health Counselor Associate (LCMHCA) in North Carolina. I specialize in helping you to get “unstuck” by helping you think outside of the box. As a therapist, I collaborate with you to help you overcome what hinders you from living a rich & fulfilling life. I develop our relationship by creating a safe, accepting environment. I work with you to develop a plan on what change. My role is to neither judge nor criticize you. I am here to ask questions, provide insight, challenge & hold you accountable.
