Introduction

I received my PhD in clinical psychology from the University of Texas at Austin (UT) and completed a fellowship in cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) at Harvard Medical School/Massachusetts General Hospital. I am a licensed psychologist in Texas and can practice in 35 states (https://psypact.org/mpage/psypactmap). Practicing CBT means that I work with people to develop or strengthen skills and change habits (behaviors and thoughts) to help them meet their goals. I offer short-term and long-term therapy as well as professional coaching depending on the client’s goals and preferences.
