Introduction

Aloha, and thank you for looking for a prospective therapist that meets your needs! I'm a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist residing on the island of Oahu in Hawaii. I am currently accepting new clients for weekdays and Saturdays. I can do online therapy throughout the week, and in person at select dates and times. While I utilize a variety of therapeutic approaches to include (but not limited to), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, Solution Focused Therapy and Emotionally Focused Therapy. I currently take the following insurance: HMSA, HMSA Quest, United Healthcare/Optum (UHC), Aetna, Cigna, United Health Alliance (UHA), and Hawaii Medical Assurance Association (HMAA. My hope is when working with prospective clients, I can help you find your inner strengths and outside resources to improve your overall biopsychosocial wellbeing.
