Hi, I'm Jason. Therapy should feel like a conversation, but sometimes conversations can be difficult. That's where I come in. I practice REBT/CBT, which are evidence-based, client-centered therapeutic techniques. My approach is rational, straightforward, and most importantly, practical. I have successfully helped people address a wide variety of issues in my years as a therapist. My goal is to help you better understand yourself and work through your challenges. Ultimately, the aim of therapy is to empower you to no longer need it. I will be here to support you every step of the way. I am also an Autism Spectrum Disorder Clinical Specialist, I bring specialized training and expertise that uniquely equips me to meet the specific needs of individuals with Level 1 Autism who have social and environmental stuggles. My passion for this work drives me to provide the highest level of support and understanding to those I serve. All sessions cost only $80. When I launched Walls Counseling Services, my goal was to create an ethical practice that is accessible to everyone, especially to those who earn too much for assistance but not enough to comfortably afford full-price services. Clients pay with their health savings account (HSA), Flexible Spending Account (FSA), or credit card. I can also provide a Super Bill, which may allow you to be reimbursed by your insurance.
