Introduction

Let’s be honest. Being stuck in anxiety, fear, depression, and despair is very discouraging and frustrating. It feels awful, it limits you, makes you feel hopeless, and just creates suffering and conflict in your life. So, what can we do about it? We can ignore it and hope it goes away, read a bunch of self-help books, or maybe try that 5-step plan to happiness we read about late last night. Some of these things might work but sometimes we just need help from a caring therapist who really understands you and can help guide you to a healthier and happier you. I would be honored to help you live the life you've always imagined. I specialize in anxiety, depression, life transitions, PTSD/Trauma, grief & loss, men's issues, and relationship issues. I use a holistic perspective with a combination of therapy approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Mindfulness-Based Therapy. Over the last 10 years, I’ve helped people overcome their problems and improve their lives. It can be scary to ask for help and make changes in your life. However, there comes a point when you get tired of struggling and being stuck and are ready to take the next step to a better life. If you are ready for that step, call me for a free 15-minute phone consultation so I can learn about your needs and determine if I am the right therapist for you.
