I believe in taking a collaborative approach to ensure that you are a part of your treatment as well as to assist you with reaching your goals. I have been providing therapeutic services for the last six years and during that time, I’ve helped those who struggled with trauma, anxiety, depression, and other barriers to their daily functioning. I’m passionate about working with individuals, couples, and/or families who are dedicated to improving their mental wellness so they can enhance the quality of their lives as well as begin to restore and embrace their balance.
