I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC). I received my master’s in clinical mental health counseling from the University of Holy Cross and am seeking a PhD in Counseling Education and Supervision at the University of Holy Cross. I have worked in private practice, community mental health agencies, and hospital settings. I have experience working with people from many different backgrounds who face depression, anxiety, abuse, trauma, and grief. I have worked with adults, couples, and families and have a special passion for working with the LGBTQIA+ communities working through trauma, identity issues, and the coming out process. I am also certified to work with clients via telehealth. I became a counselor because I know what it is like to sit on that couch feeling hopeless and isolated. I felt the change within me that comes with counseling and it empowered me to work on bettering my life. I want to help others who may be at their lowest point in life or just want to make some improvements to achieve their life goals. I believe everyone is capable of healing and should be free to be their authentic selves.
