Introduction

Hello, my name is Jason Richards. I am the owner and therapist at Richards Counseling. I have been providing counseling services to adults since 2013. I have worked with a variety of mental health difficulties including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relational conflict. I primarily use cognitive behavioral therapy, psychodynamic therapy, and motivational interviewing treatments in my therapy.
