Introduction

I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor. I have been a practicing therapist for over 10 years and look forward to doing many more. I love being a therapist and being able to join others on their journey through the challenges that life places before us. One of my greatest passions is being able to help others restore hope and value to their lives and assist them in finding peace in a world that can at times feel dark or completely upside down. While working with clients, I try to use the therapeutic approach that best matches the clients needs, however the modalities that I tend to use most often include CBT, DBT skills, EMDR, and positive psychology.
