Introduction

Accepting new clients with minimal wait times. As a Licensed Professional Counselor and 20-year Air Force veteran, I bring a grounded, empathetic, and straightforward approach to therapy. I have extensive experience working with anxiety, trauma, PTSD, anger management, substance use, depression, and relationship challenges. Whether you're a Veteran, First Responder, or someone simply navigating life's difficulties I’m here to help. I use evidence-based approaches like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to challenge unhelpful thoughts and behaviors, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to build resilience through mindfulness and values-driven action. My goal is to foster curiosity, build skills, and empower you to live the life you want. Please see below for the insurance plans I currently accept, along with a more comprehensive list of the issues I work with. Give me a call, and we can set up a time to discuss your needs and answer any questions you may have. To schedule an appointment or for more information, please use the "Contact" icon at the top of the webpage or call (717) 216-0159‬.
