Introduction

HI, I’m Jason. I’m a Play Therapist and Family Therapist. (But you might also call me a child-development and de-escalation expert…and a family-fun instigator!) I help families, kids and teens who feel anxious, frustrated and overwhelmed. We take a step back from where they’re stuck and envision what their dream is, what they really wish things were like. That becomes our destination. I equip families with tools to understand what’s happening, why it’s happening, and what to do about it. That means looking at how the brain works and how you can best work with it, exploring patterns of interaction in your family and how needs get expressed and met. We’ll also practice ways to use effective strategies at home. These together will help to bring out the best in each other to get to that dream.
