Introduction

I am passionate about treating individuals with anxiety, depression, addiction, and trauma/PTSD, as well as, couples struggling to improve communication, restore trust following infidelity, and those seeking to improve intimacy and connection. My approach is evidence-based and incorporates approaches that have been “tried and tested”. These include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) Therapy.
