Introduction

I believe that there is no better investment than one in yourself. Psychotherapy is the investment of time, passion, and hard work that is focused on solving problems, increasing wellness, and increasing the overall joys experienced in life. Are your life challenges are keeping you from enjoying the balanced life you want? Challenges such as trouble starting, feeling overwhelmed or stuck, lack of interest, or things just don’t feel the way they used to. If that feels like you, then I’m here to help. I am Licensed Counselor and Qualified Supervisor with 10 years experience working with individuals, groups, and families from ages 10 and up. My practice is focused on working through mental health issues such as depression, anxiety, family difficulties, chemical dependencies and victims of trauma using Cognitive Behavioral and Solutions Focused, and EMDR. An investment in change can be a challenging one. If you’re looking for someone to walk along side you as you traverse the challenges that change can bring, then please reach out. Change can be hard, but it can also be just doing something different.
