I provide individual, couples, and family therapy both in-person in Los Gatos and via telehealth throughout California. My approach to therapy is experiential, mindfulness-based, and insight-oriented, taking inspiration from the humanistic and psychodynamic traditions, in addition to contemporary models like Internal Family Systems (IFS) and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT). I believe that the capacities for both healing and growth are innate to each of us, and that the role of a good therapist is to help facilitate the flow of these natural processes. My priority is to assist you in fostering a renewed connection to the inherent vitality, openness, calm, and creativity that I believe reside deep within each of us. Drawing on these inner resources, I will help you learn to offer healing and reconciliation to the parts of yourself that have come to feel alienated from these life-affirming qualities. In my work with couples and families, I aim to help you learn how to relate to one another from this grounded, connected space in order to cultivate more balanced, loving, and harmonious relationships. Some populations that I am particularly passionate about working with include neurodiverse couples and individuals (e.g., ADHD, autism, gifted, 2e), LGBTQ+ couples and individuals, alternative families, and veterans.
