Hello, my name is Jason and I congratulate you for considering therapy as a part of your current journey towards improving your health. My clients typically struggle with trying to recognize who they really are and the power they wield. I think often times this unknowing of the self can develop from experiencing the chaos of relationship stress, adverse childhood experiences, a state of stuckness due to personal trauma or even the auto pilot mode of living a seemingly mundane life. My clients undergo the tragedy of possessing the best answers but also experience the disconnect from them. Jack of all trades, master of none. I am no expert of the latest trends of the field nor by any means am I your wise sage to guide you to the perfect solutions to what aches you. What I can offer is a brief partnership to support you through those dark lonely roads you might be experiencing. I value human connection and will serve it to the best of my ability.
