I provide therapy to teens, adults, families, and couples equipping them with tools to overcome life’s challenges. Using an eclectic approach, we might use person-centered therapy to talk through problems, cognitive behavioral therapy to help change negative thought patterns, or solution-focused therapy to help you find solutions that work. Sessions often incorporate mindfulness, games, activities, art and other techniques, especially when working with adolescents. Through counseling sessions, you will learn new skills and strategies to overcome life's challenges.
