Welcome. My name is Jasmine Thorpe and I am a mental health counselor, in Buffalo, New York. I address therapy in a way that views the individual in a holistic lens, to understand the whole, we must understand the many pieces that comprises the whole itself. I work with adults, and children 10 years and older around issues such as depression, anxiety, trauma/systemic trauma, relationship problems, parental processing, life transitions, women’s issues and more. I am an LGBTQ+ affirming therapist and my space is open to people of all ethnicities, religions, spiritual beliefs, and sexual and gender identities. In so many words, being human is hard. We are not always afforded the time and space to create meaning and intentionally reflect on who we are, where we came from, where we want to be and the barriers that disconnect ourselves from ourselves. To hear more about my therapeutic approach, I offer free 15 minute consultations. I look forward to hearing from you.
