Introduction

“All good things are wild and free.” This quote by Thoreau reminds me that healing isn’t about forcing change, it’s about creating space to reconnect with who we really are. I’m a Level 2 trained Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapist and certified through the IOCDF for treating OCD. I blend IFS with ERP to help clients explore their inner world with compassion while building practical skills for change. Therapy isn’t one-size-fits-all. I work collaboratively with you and your parts to find what truly fits your system and supports lasting growth. If you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or ready for a new way forward, I’d be honored to walk with you.
