I approach therapy utilizing a combination of therapeutic modalities (Person-Centered, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Behavioral Therapy, etc.) to assist clients in achieving their personal and career goals. I have experience working in Higher Education, Community Service Boards, Domestic Violence Shelter's, Psychiatric Hospitals, Private Practice, and providing School Based Therapy. Through my various work experiences, I have developed a passion for working with individuals who find themselves in a period of transition.
