They’re juggling careers, caregiving, or motherhood, carrying a mental load that never ends. My clients often feel stuck or burned out and want more than just coping. They’re seeking clarity, confidence, and a deeper sense of peace. Together, we focus on setting boundaries, reducing anxiety, and reconnecting with who they are beyond the roles they fill. My approach is warm, collaborative, and practical, helping women create meaningful, lasting change at a pace that feels supportive and sustainable. I help women reduce anxiety, set healthy boundaries, and reconnect with themselves. I also offer Emotional Support Animal (ESA) evaluations through a thoughtful and ethical process for those who may benefit from this type of support. Evening appointments are available to better support women balancing full lives. You're doing so much, and it’s okay to want support for yourself, too.
