Introduction

Did you know that disassociation, intrusive thoughts, "perfectionism" are signs of an anxiety disorder? Most anxiety disorders come from the need to control, the need to know, or the inability to let go. I consistently work with young adults that are going through a number of life's changes while struggling to maintain adequate self-care routines. My speciality is with anxiety disorders such as Generalized Anxiety Disorder, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, social anxiety and phobias. If this sounds like a good fit for you, then let's work together to overcome anxiety and start living a more peaceful life. My direct counseling experience has been with young adult clients struggling with, depression, all anxieties, personality disorders, and more. I offer a bright and energetic approach, with a heavy emphasis on identifying goals and values. I also have experience working in an addiction/mental health facility and understand how alcohol affects young adults. For clients using insurance, please send a message to get started.
