I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counseling Associate in Fayetteville, North Carolina. My background mixed with my experience allows me to look at every person with a fresh perspective. My counseling approach is primarily Solution- Focused Therapy, Reality Therapy, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. Although I lean on particular theories, counseling is not a "one size fits all" model and therefore, counseling sessions will be tailored to meet your individual needs. I am very passionate about getting to know my clients and I want to know what is the best way we can work together to achieve your therapy goals. My goal is to help you meet your desired goals by walking alongside of you during your journey.
