Licensed Professional Counselor, EMDR Therapist Jasmine Eythrib
Specialties: Anxiety, Depression, Trauma, Dissociation, Couples Counseling,

Introduction

Jasmine Eythrib is a Licensed Professional Counselor located in Phoenix, AZ. She works with young adults, adults, and couples across a wide range of challenges. Much of Jasmine’s work centers around the role of trauma or distressing experiences in one’s life, and untangling their hold on happiness, connection, fulfillment, and feeling present. Jasmine supports those who have anxiety, depression, attachment issues leading to toxic or unhealthy relationships, and work stress. She is passionate about bringing a social justice lens to conversations and enjoys working with women and those in the LGBTQ community. Jasmine has training in a therapy modality called Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy. She creates a safe environment for clients to begin to work through the painful memories that cause them discomfort in their everyday lives. She then takes them through a series of exercises that activate the areas of the brain that deal with memories, encoding their distress in the past. This liberates them to feeling more safe in the present. Jasmine also incorporates breathwork, coaching, and holistic therapy techniques to offer clients healing in their minds and bodies. She teaches clients how to avoid harmful thought patterns like assumptions, and to practice healthy coping skills when they need to ground themselves. Jasmine’s goal is to provide clients what they need to feel attuned to their feelings. She empowers clients to tell their story, including the story of challenges, and to feel proud of their resilience. When working with Jasmine, clients learn more about themselves and grow greater self-compassion.
