Introduction

Finding the right therapist can be a challenge. I understand that it is a privilege to be a part of a client’s journey to heal and manage life stressors. I want my clients to feel heard and validated as we work together to navigate through challenges. I am goal-oriented and work from a solution-focused perspective. I focus on client's strengths to help them accomplish their goals. Therapy is not a one-size fits all experience and we will customize treatment that is best for you. I primarily work with teens, young adults, adults, couples and families. My specialties include depression, anxiety and trauma. I virtually serve individuals from a variety of backgrounds throughout the state of Texas. It is my goal that each client feels understood and respected.
