Welcome to Heal & Grow Therapy, I am so glad you are here! My name is Jasmine Carpio, LCSW (she/ her) and I care deeply about providing a space where all parts of folks I work with are welcomed, accepted, and celebrated! I specialize in helping folks navigate challenges with anxiety, PTSD or trauma, and individual relationship issues. With EMDR therapy and other trauma informed therapies, we can work together to learn skills to manage your anxious thoughts and limiting beliefs, and do the work to heal childhood trauma and experience more hope and joy in life. I am an LGBTQ+ affirming therapist and also provide an option to integrate your faith and spiritual beliefs while working toward your goals. I offer in person sessions in Chandler and online therapy for your convenience if you are located in Arizona.
